The total number of units available in the centre is 23, and auctioneers GVA Donal O Buachalla say the current rent roll is worth €214,000 pa, and current occupancy is approximately 85 percent.
The sale will be by private treaty, and present tenants will not be affected.
Tenants include Frill, Centra, Burkes Pharmacy, Kidz Academy Creche and East Garden Chinese Restaurant.
