Advert: Land for sale

Local Auctioneer offers Land for sale
It’s early September, the traditional selling season for lands and farms and Dowling Property have offered a fine C.13 acre parcel at Old Grange, Narraghmore, just beside St Laurence’s football pitch.
The Land, which is being sold by Public Auction, is laid out in 4 parcels and has magnificent road frontage extending to nearly 0.5 miles onto to both neighbouring roads and has 3 separate gated entrances.
The land is mainly of good condition and has a natural stream running through it and is currently in grazing. The Auctioneer, John Dowling commented, “this is a very attractive piece of land and the size of C.13 acres will appeal to most. It is keenly priced as agricultural land but you could not rule out the fact that someone might build a house on it in the future, subject to the grant of planning permission. Land has also being selling very well to local farmers who are trying to increase farm sizes to cope with demand, as farming is very strong at present and they don’t have to compete with developers in the Auction rooms.”
The Auction takes place on 27th of September in Fallons Restaurant Kilcullen at 3pm. The guide price is €105,000.
