Maureen's student lands 'Superstar' role
Calverstown-based Maureen V Ward, who runs the Talented Kids Performing Arts School and Agency, is particularly chuffed at the moment because one of her former students has landed a role in the Andrew Lloyd Webber 'Jesus Christ Superstar' Touring Show.
Maureen taught Clare Ivory (pictured above) at the College of Dance in Monkstown where she is Head of Vocal Studies. Clare will be one of the 'Soul Girls' in the production, which will have a Dublin performance in October.
Since going professional, Clare has worked in productions in mainstream theatres in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and even further afield. The shows included 'The Rocky Horror Picture Show' and 'Dreamboats and Petticoats'.
Maureen runs her Talented Kids operation in Kilcullen and Naas.
