Library gets returns box

Kilcullen Library now has a new facility for people to leave back books out of hours. The brightly coloured box offers a secure and weatherproof place for those books, DVDs etc that you have finished using.

Meanwhile, Julie tells us that the Library will close from August 10-25 inclusive for annual holidays. It will reopen on August 28. So, stock up on reading matter beforehand.

Down the road, the Library will be the location for an Open Mic evening for local writers on September 21, Culture Day. The same day will feature a tour of Camphill and Bell-ringing in An Tearmann.
