Birthday sale blitz in Dresser Store

The Dresser Store operated by Brendan and Mairead Talbot is celebrating its first birthday this week.

To mark the occasion, the store is having a 2-day sales blitz today (Thursday) and tomorrow, offering 20 percent off all display furniture and giftware.

The store will be open late tonight, until 8pm.

The business has lifted the look on Main Street since they opened, and it has become a popular stop for people seeking traditional handmade furniture as well as a wide range of home decoration knick-knacks, prints and gifts.

The Dresser Store won the Best Business Award in the KCA Community Awards 2011.
