Cafe Coulan launches website

Sunday mornings have taken on a whole new look since Patsy Simion decided during the summer to open her Cafe Coulan for Sunday brunch, writes Brian Byrne. And there's not much to beat the value of a couple of poached eggs, bacon, tomato and coffee there when you want to give yourself a breakfast treat.

Patsy is open a year now, and celebrating that event is the launch of the Cafe's own website at www.cafecoulan.com. An easily navigated site, it gives everything you need to know about Patsy, her team and the philosophy behind the Cafe.

It also shows a fully-priced menu, and the Diary notices that you can phone in an order for takeaway, and outdoor catering is also a service offered.

Fresh food, cooked to order. It's a small sentence that means a lot and underpins the quality of what regulars and visitors alike have come to appreciate from Cafe Coulan.
