Councillors' queries on Kilcullen

Kilcullen matters will feature in a number of motions for discussion at Monday week's Athy Area Meeting of Kildare County Council.

Cllr Mark Wall has asked hat the Council carry out further traffic surveys at Sunnyhill Road to determine the level of traffic using the road and what traffic safety measures can be considered. He has also asked for confirmation as to when work will be carried out to improve the road surface at Yellowbog.

Cllr Ivan Keatley has requested that the Council investigate the need for a yellow box at the exit of the church car park in Kilcullen to alleviate the congestion leaving and entering at peak times.
