WEATHER

A cold, dry and bright start this morning with sunshine developing. Turning cloudier through the evening with scattered showers, some possibly heavy. Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees in light to moderate southwesterly breezes. Mostly cloudy tonight with outbreaks of rain developing.

EARPHONES FOUND

A set of earphones were handed into Kilcullen Garda Station. Found 24 April 2024 at the Canal at Herbertstown-Old Mill, Kilcullen. Owner can contact Kilcullen Garda Station for collection 045 481212.

CPC Principal to retire

The Principal of Cross & Passion College, Paul Tyrrell, is to retire in December.

Mr Tyrrell has been Principal at CPC for 15 years.
