Graffiti blight

There's been a rash of graffiti in the Kilcullen area lately, much of it obliterating road signs. But the perpetrators are also endangering themselves and motorists along the M9 motorway by carrying out their activities on the high-speed road, as this picture by Kieran Behan illustrates.

This is an activity that needs to be stopped for lots of reasons, but not least because it is vandalism and malicious defacement. In Australia, you will be fined if found in possession of a can of spray paint in a public place.
