Halverstown NS Open Night

Just a reminder that it's that time of year again when the smallest school in the locality gets to show off what a fine place it has become.

St Joseph's NS in Halverstown is hosting its annual Open Night for parents and prospective pupils tomorrow n ight, Thursday 10 February.

The event, from 7-9pm will showcase the work of the pupils and highlight a variety of the projects which they do every year.

The two new classrooms which came on line in late 2009 have made a big difference to both the current facility and the possibilities for the future, and have also enabled an expansion in numbers so that children of many new families in the area can be accommodated.In fact, if they get three more enrollments for next September, they get a third teacher.
