Esker Lea, Laurel Wood, to be taken in charge

Kildare County Council is proposing to take in charge the roads, paths, public lights, open spaces, water supply system and sewerage systems in Esker Lea and Laurel Wood.

A map of the estates may be inspected at the public counter in The Planning Department at the offices of the County Council at Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas from 9am-4 on any day Monday to Friday (except for public holidays) from 20 September 2010 to 21 October 2010 inclusive.

Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Council at any time before 5 November 2010. These should be addressed to The Senior Executive Officer of the Planning Department, Áras Chill Dara, Devoy Park, Naas, Co Kildare and marked on the bottom left hand corner of the envelope 'Taking in Charge of – “x”' where “x” would be the name of the particular estate.
