One-act plays in September

Three one-act plays are in preparation for performance in September at Kilcullen Town Hall Theatre.

A group from KARE under the direction of Noreen Donnelly will perform a sketch, while a group of teenagers are rehearsing a short play being directed by Eilish Philips. The final one is an adults performance being directed by Dick Dunphy.

The three performances will run for three nights, 16/17/18 September.

"We see it as a way of getting young people interested in drama," says Dick Dunphy, one of Kilcullen Drama Group's stalwarts since he came to the town in the 50s.
