The passing of Joe Fagan

The Diary has learned with sadness of the death today of Joe Fagan in Boston.

Joe was the husband of Eileen Berney from Kilcullen, and father to Pauline, Joe Jnr, Marie and Annie. Eileen is the sister of Bernard, Jim, Tom, and Lilian Healy.

Joe and Eileen celebrated their 45th anniversary last week. He had been ill for some time.

Pauline works in Manna in the Bridge Camphill, but had been over and back to Boston a lot while her father was ill. She is there at the moment.

Our thoughts are with them all.
