WEATHER

Dry with a mix of cloud and hazy sunny spells this morning. It will turn cloudier in the afternoon and rain will move in from the west during the evening or early night. Turning breezy with fresh and gusty southerly winds developing. Highest temperatures 10 to 12 degrees.

WALLET LOST

A wallet was lost by a man who travelled on the 130 bus from Naas to Kilcullen this evening. If anyone has information about it they can call 045 484070 or contact Kilcullen Garda Station.

MATHS GRINDS WANTED

Is there someone available to give Maths Grinds to a Leaving Cert student? Call 086 6024843 if you can help directly or by referring somebody.

FLU VACCINE AVAILABLE

DID YOU KNOW?

The oldest known face-depiction masks are an estimated 9,000 years old with one of the best-preserved found in the Palestine West Bank in 2018. The mask is made from limestone and it's thought was used in ornamentation for ceremonies. Other early masks have been found in South Korea and the Old Kingdom of Egypt, made from shells and papyrus-plaster respectively.
