Another successful Daffodil Day

Daffodil Day 2010 was yet another successful one, thanks to the generosity of Kilcullen people.

According to Nuala Collins, on behalf of the Irish Cancer Society, a total of €5,760 was raised for the Society.

"Many thanks to all the volunteers and to all who subscribed generously," she says. "Notwithstanding the recession, our takings were up on 2009."
