Successful Tidy Towns Quiz

The annual KCA Town Quiz in aid of Kilcullen Tidy Towns was again a great success with a total of 22 tables participating.

Winners on the the night were "The Jaegermeisters" captained by Kieran Behan, who created one of the street art hoardings.

Joint second were St Brigids Avenue and The Brady (Kelly) Bunch.

The Quiz was kindly sponsored by Healy Exhausts of Naas.

Funds raised will be used for the Main Street Summer flower planting project which for the past number of years has transformed the streetscape over the summer months.

One disappointing aspect of the attendance was that only a small number of businesses attended - considering the planting enhances the town and benefits these businesses.
