Still time to register for marathon

The volunteers who are taking part in The Flora Women's Mini Marathon in Dublin on Monday 2 June in aid of The Punchestown Kidney Research Fund are getting fit and enjoying their training.

We welcome ladies who are still thinking about joining us. You will be very welcome. Feel free to contact us with your queries without obligation.

Time for registering is running out. If in doubt contact us. To register, fill out the Evening Herald form (Thursday and Saturday editions) or register on line at www.florawomensminimarathon.ie/

If you do not register you will not get a medal on the day. Registration closes April 22, but will close sooner if the target is reached.

We can provide some entry forms. When you register you will get a number. If you enter Tullamore Court Hotel as your pick up point, we can collect it for you, on receipt of your registration number.

If you want to travel on the bus from Kilcullen booking is necessary. Tee shirt size is also required.

If you cannot participate in the mini marathon and want to help you can do so by taking a sponsor card and getting sponsors, by sponsoring an entrant, or encouraging a friend/relative/neighbour to join us.

You can also facilitate someone who is trying to get out to train by, for instance, minding their children or their house for an hour.

All help is very much appreciated. You can still join us.
