Long line of coins
The recent coin-laying fundraiser by the Kilcullen Scouts was a great success.
The scouts, leaders and families all mucked in to collect the coins at various locations in the month preceding the effort. At the event itself, held in the Community Centre, they laid the coins to a total length of 1,273 metres.
The value of the coins was 2,243 euros.
