Phena's marathon reminder

Phena Bermingham has given us another reminder about the Flora Women's Mini Marathon 2007.

Volunteers are invited to take part in aid of The Punchestown Research Fund.

If you need to get fit, or lose a bit of weight or just want to feel good, it's worth a run. Also, if you're new in the area and want to meet people, this is your opportunity.

Longer evenings allow a bit of time to get out walking, running or jogging -- and it's all free.

There's a meeting at Kilcullen Parish Centre on Thursday 8 March at 8 pm, to plan and to collect sponsorship cards. You can also get information and cards from Phena at 045 485232 or 087 9767531; Lorraine Hegarty-Kelly at 045 481062; Emma McHenry at 087 6965271; or James Nolan at Nolan's Butchers.
