Kilsaran lodges Ballysax application

Kilsaran Concrete has lodged a new application for planning permission to extract sand and gravel from a 37 hectare site in Ballysax Hills.

The application, 06/651, seeks permission for all ancillary activities required for the project, including crushing, washing, the establishment of silt lagoons, and screening facilities.

A decision is due on 26 April. An original application was lodged in April 2006.
