GAA memorabilia on show

There's gathering interest in the GAA St Patrick's Night gig in the Community Centre being organised by John Mulhall.



Tickets are on sale in the former Post Office, and the place is well worth a visit to local GAA fans even for the display of memorabilia there.

They are mainly photographs and montages of Kilcullen teams and personalities of the past, and include the club's winning teams in the Kildare Intermediate Championships 1956 and 1961, Junior Football Champions 1971, and the Kildare Junior Champions of as far back as 1943.

Meantime, John is already planning another one, for October, featuring The Bards.
