Berney Brothers goes Nationwide

The long-established saddlery firm of Berney Brothers featured on a recent Nationwide programme on RTE One devoted to the Irish bloodstock industry.

The business is no stranger to television viewers, with regular repeats of the award-winning ‘Hands’ series programme of the 70s which detailed the earlier days of the company.

The Nationwide segment featured Jim and Tom Berney, and their respective sons who are now playing leading roles in the business.







Berney Brothers is busier than ever, as evidenced by the 1,400 handmade saddles it produced every year.
