Brands outlet open

Well, does it mean the county has finally arrived into the 21st century, with the opening of the Kildare Village brands outlets centre?

Though only a few shops are yet open, the novelty and the sunny weather brought quite a lot of locals out at the weekend, including many familiar faces from Kilcullen.

And as far as we know, it includes the first Starbucks coffee shop in the country.

I think it will be quite a national and local attraction when all the proposed brands are active there.
