Great day at Mini Marathon

Mini Marathon 2006 will long remain a happy memory for the 50 walkers, joggers and runners who participated on behalf of The Punchestown Kidney Research Fund.



We did look good in our navy teeshirts and hats, sporting the PKRF and the mini marathon logos on the front while the plea to 'get ORGANised' graced the back.

We were proud to be associated with this great cause.
It was a wonderful day.



The sun was tempered by a kindly breeze. The atmosphere was magic, added to by the colour, the fun, music, the camaraderie, the good humour and friendliness.



We ended a perfect day with a meal in Kilcullen Parish Centre and that sure tasted good. It will be some weeks before we Know the amount raised.
