Senior citizens Mass and Social

Fr Andrew O'Sullivan officiated at the Annual Mass for senior citizens in the Church of the Sacred Heart and St Brigid on Tuesday May 3. This was followed by a supper and social in the Parish Centre hosted by Kilcullen Lions Club.

Fifteen members of the Lions Club served a three-course meal with wine to 100 senior citizens. Entertainment was provided by Joe Kelly, ably assisted by the senior citizens themselves. The night was a wonderful success enjoyed by one and all.

This was the second year that the Lions Club organised the mass and social and they hope to do it again next year.
