The sign says it

Against a background of complaints about motorists parking on the double yellow lines beside the Centra store on Hillcrest, this sign has just appeared at the site.

"I don't know who's responsible," says Evelyn O'Sullivan, whose Drama Dynamics studio is in the same building. "But I applaud them. I only hope it works."
