Bug Hotel near opening
First reported on the Diary last summer, developer Ray Kelly says the planning application process for the Hotel was ‘long and arduous’ and that there were ‘tough negotiations’ with the builder.
There’s no confirmation of a suggestion that the planning difficulties of the 7-levels edifice were related to a Kildare County Council restriction on multi-story buildings.
