Nigey's last gig on Saturday

It'll be a very special music evening in The Spout on Saturday, tinged with sadness for fans of Badge, writes Brian Byrne.

Because it's the last gig with the band's frontman since the beginning, Nigey Phillips. He's decided to hang up his microphone.

No doubt it'll be a night of many encores, and it's bound to be a packed occasion. If you've been among those who particularly enjoy what's arguably Kildare's foremost rock band, be there to give Nigey the best curtain call.
