Bridge Camphill seeks Social Care House Coordinators

The Bridge Camphill Community is currently seeking two highly motivated people to fill positions as Social Care House Coordinator. One is a full-time post and the other part-time for Maternity Cover.

The successful applicants will manage and support the smooth running of a household for adults with special needs and co-workers in an intentional community by leading a team of volunteers in creating a positive living experience and an environment and atmosphere within the home in which the needs of people can be met.

The ideal candidate will have qualification a third level degree in Social Care/Social Care Leader; three years of work experience in a related area such as personal attendant/carer, community development or social care and/or community regeneration. This post is subject to Garda vetting.

The full time post is 40 hours a week, the part time post 26 hours per week with occasional extra hours when required. The roles will involve routinely working on evenings and weekends and require a flexible approach to working hours.

The contracts will be for an initial one year period for the full time post, and on an as required basis for the maternity cover position.
