Bathtime rehearsal

Kilcullen Drama Group is really splashing out on its next production, 'The Quare Land', writes Brian Byrne.

Since Bernard Berney's character spends the whole play in his bath, he's pictured above with the other half of the two-hander, Vivian Clarke, getting into the proper mood in rehearsals.

The play will be performed between Wednesday 13 and Saturday 16 April. Tickets available soon.

What we want to know is, how are they going to keep the water warm for the duration? We don't want to watch Bernard slowly turning blue ...
