Athlete Ellie doing Kilcullen proud

Local athlete Ellie O'Toole has been on a winning streak this week, writes Brian Byrne.

The daughter of Conor O'Toole and Dr Deirdre Collins helped her Irish team win a gold medal in the Celtic Games in Scotland last weekend in the 4x400m Relay.

Then she brought home an individual bronze medal in the 400m, running a time of 57.5secs.

And finally she was back in action with Kilcullen GAA last night for their win over St Laurence's in the U/16 League.

Altogether making Kilcullen, her parents, and her grandparents Jim and Nuala Collins very proud.
