Fun and colour at Halverstown NS day
Under the banner 'I'm an Egg, Get Me out of Here', the pupils in the Senior Room showed and sold a variety of wares on which they have been working for the last ten weeks.
The Easter-themed products included seasonal baskets, art kits, and packs of decoupage eggs on a skewer.
There were also treats, mascots, a raffle, treasure hunt, a disco, face-painting and a cake sale.
Marking the arrival of spring, it was also the official opening day of the new 'outdoor classroom' which is part of the recent extension to the school.
Yet another colourful occasion in the lovely primary schools which the community of Kilcullen & Gormanstown Parish is so fortunate to have.
