Ben is big on spelling

Congratulations to Ben Haslam of St Joseph National School, Halverstown, on coming second in the county final of the Easons Spelling Bee competition.

The competition was open to Fifth and Sixth class pupils across Co Kildare with each school sendig one representative. Ben, from Fifth Class, competed against 35 pupils in the competition.
