Market Square homes launch Wednesday

The Market Square development which has been rising steadily on the north bank of the Liffey is launching on Wednesday next, 25 October.



The development consists of one- and two-bed apartments and two-bed duplexes which will sell from 345,000 euros to 495,000 euros.

The development, billed as 'Kilcullen's new Urban Quarter' provides Section 23 Tax relief on two years of rental income to investors.

The homes in the development are finished in cut stone and include zinc and copper external detail. There will also be roof gardens, and the whole development will have a boardwalk along the river.

There are underground car parking facilities and internal lifts to every floor.

The Dunlea Developments complex is being marketed by DNG Dowling Fitzsimons, and the launch of the properties takes place at the La Touche Furniture Showroom in The Link Business Park.
